Next weekend, 7th and 8th October, Viu Montjuïc will take place, a weekend of cultural and leisure activities for the whole family. More than twenty facilities on the Hill join forces to carry out their own activities and joint actions in co-creation and collaboration and offer Barcelona residents a new opportunity to rediscover the Park
We invite you to enjoy the following activities at the Museu Nacional:

Saturday 7th October
11.30am - Guided visit to the exhibition The guided hand. Josefa Tolrà (1880-1959) - Madge Gill (1882-1961) Visionary women (Spanish)
1.00pm –A work, 15 minutes (Catalan) + Romanesque
From 10am to 6.00pm: Family space of creativity and reading and play corner (Sala Oval)
5.00pm – A work, 15 minutes: Women artists
5.00 to 8.00pm – Creativity workshop with educator (Sala Oval)
Sunday, 8th October
11.30am – Family activity Art in the pantry
10.00am to 3.00pm – Family and Reading space (Sala Oval)

Do you want to play detectives? The museum offers treasure hunts and self-guided activities for you to delve into the enigmas of the Museu Nacional and wander around the museum looking for manuscript thieves or investigate a gruesome crime. Games available at the museum information desk, included in the museum's general admission ticket.
However, we also offer you the self-guided tour of A historical palace of Barcelona to discover the history and secrets of one of the most emblematic buildings in Barcelona and home of the museum: the Palau Nacional. Brochure available at the museum information desk, included in the admission fee.
Also, come and draw at the museum on your own or as a family! With The Drawn Museum notebooks, we encourage you to visit the museum with suggestions for a "drawn visit" while you enjoy the collection.
