- There is paid municipal car parking near the museum with spaces for disablead people.
- Coaches with passengers who require special attention can access the museum through the office area, by prior request calling (00 34) 93 622 03 75.
- Access to the museum is through two ramps on either side of the front door.
- Access to the offices is at the back of the building, on flat food.

- Free admission for the titleholders of the Disability Accreditation Card of Generalitat de Catalunya (In the case of a recognized third-person bar, the companion will also enter for free).

- Podotactile routing that facilitates the location of the ticket sales and information and customer service counters, the model of the building and the tactile orientation plan of the ground floor.
- Once inside the museum, the access to the majority of the spaces is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
- There are lifts and stair-climbing platforms. The Customer Service staff will guide you and activate the platforms to make it easier for you to move around.
- The buttons of the lifts are marked in Braille.
- The access of Guide Dogs is permitted in the building and rooms.
- There are benches in the foyer, the Oval Room, the Dome and in some of the collection and temporary exhibition rooms.
- Lift: a high-capacity lift that can be used by groups of wheelchair users, always accompanied by museum staff, to make the visit more agile through alternative itineraries.
- In the cloakroom you will find a loan service for pushchairs, wheelchairs and folding chairs.
- Magnetic loops at the ticket and information desks, at the entrance to the offices or at the Library's reception and user service desks.
- Individual magnetic loops service that allow the use of hearing aids while taking a tour guided by a museum educator.
- Public Service personnel familiar with sign language.
- Tactile model of the museum building. In the museum foyer you will find the tactile model of the Palau Nacional, home of the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya, which will allow you to grasp the uniqueness of its architecture.
- Tactile orientation plan of the ground floor. Next to the model you will find the plan of the museum's ground floor, which will allow you to find your way around the layout of the spaces and the location of the services.
- Tactile tables with audio description of a selection of paintings, sculptures and goldsmith objects from the collection. Attention! To listen to the audio description, you must plug in your personal headphones in the place indicated in the table. If you do not have one, you can ask for one at the Information desk.
- Adapted toilets in the foyer, the Sala Oval and the Library.
- Baby changers in Sala Oval and foyer toilettes.
- Commented free tours for users of entities which attend people at risk of social, cultural, physical, sensory or economic exclusion, prior notice to 93 622 03 75.

We have signed a collaboration agreement with the Catalan Down Syndrome Foundation and the Magma Cultura company because one of its users of the Auxiliars de Museus training program performs its practices as an assistant to museums accompanying the public attention staff.
