Titleholder of the website
The Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, located in the Palau Nacional, Parc de Montjuïc. 08038 Barcelona, is the title holder of the website museunacional.cat and places it at the disposition of the users to make the collection more accessible and to spread the services and activities it offers, and in this way fosters the generation of new knowledge.
The responsibility for the use of the website rests with the user.
The museum aims to foster the participation of the users with contributions of opinions and materials so as to stimulate a critical vision, to extend knowledge and include the participation of the other users. In the sections in which opinions or materials voluntarily contributed by the users are published, the museum reserves the right to remove those comments or contributions that may harm the respect for human dignity.
The Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya reserves the right to carry out at any time and without the need for prior warning, modifications or the updating of the information contained in its website or in its configuration and presentation. The museum is not responsible for the opinions given by the users through the spaces of participation provided for this purpose.
In various sections of the website, there are forms available for the users, in which personal details are requested in order to attend it.
In compliance with the RGPD, all the information provided through the website will be included in the automated files of the museum and will be treated in accordance with the laws in force and under no circumstances will they be passed on to third parties, without the express authorisation of the interested parties.
