Originally made up of 48 silver denarii with a purple patina, of which only 46 reached GNC: 1 of Kese and 45 of the Roman Republic. Hoard of 48 denarius found near the cistern of a place located on the main street that joins the agora with the south gate, during the excavations of Ampurias (Alt Empordà) on August 20 and 23, 1912.
