This seminar offers an integral vision of the user experience (present and virtual public), the itinerary’s analysis of the visitors and their interactions with the museum (Visitor Journey) as well as find out what should the museum offer to improve the user experience and to stablish connexions, and finally to see how the platforms and digital tools are an element that can help enhance this experience.

It does not include lunch (10% discount in the museum cafeteria).
