EMAS Club and AENOR have honoured the museum with two awards for having been acknowledged with the EMAS Registration and the ISO 14.001 Certificate in 2012.

The museum launched its environmental management system in 2010. Since then we have reduced our electricity consumption by 9.58% and our gas use by 11.41%. Regarding waste management, our objective has been the correct segregation of waste, which we have managed to increase by 40.33%.
