TRAM will promote the exhibitions from five museums of Barcelona decorating its wagons
El TRAM has signed a cooperation agreement with the Consorci Museu d’Art Contemporani of Barcelona, the Centre de Cultura Contemporània of Barcelona, the Fundació Joan Miró, the Fundació Museu Picasso de Barcelona and the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, to facilitate the promotion of this museums and cultural centres exhibitions through Barcelona’s tram. The agreement consists on sign boards on a tram with images of the museums and their exhibitions that are on from now until the end of the year 2018.
The agreement establishes the collaboration between TRAM and the museums to foment the culture, promote the exhibitions and also promote the cultural offer from the different museums and cultural centres of the city. During the event it was clear that TRAM has a desire to collaborate with this five museums and cultural centres to help the tram users of Barcelona have a better knowledge of the present exhibitions.
During the signing of the agreement, at Francesc Macià tram station, on Wednesday September 27, TRAM’s general manager, Humberto López; MACBA’s manager, Josep M. Carreté; CCCB’s general manager, Vicenç Villatoro; Fundació Joan Miró’s manager, Dolors Ricart; Fundació Museu Picasso from Barcelona’s manager, Asun Pinillos; and the Museu Nacional’s manager, Víctor Magrans.
