After the restrictions imposed by the COVID-19, the artworks that travelled to Japan in 2019 for the exhibition Barcelona, The city of artistic miracles, have finally been able to return and are gradually showing up again in the museum's galleries, after more than a year's absence.

60 artworks, paintings, sculptures, drawings, photographs, models, plans and objects that speak about the transformation of the city and the extraordinary artistic effervescence that Barcelona experienced during the last decades of the 19th century and the first decades of the 20th. Ramon Casas, Santiago Rusiñol, Carles Casagemas, Isidre Nonell, Joaquim Mir, Ricard Canals, Romà Ribera, Antoni Gaudí, Gaspar Homar and Julio González have all returned home.
