Description:

A collaborative drawing workshop that connects nature, art, and personal well-being. Observing plants directly, copying, tracing, or imagining new species inspired by details from the collection, going outside to draw a plant, or tracing the shadow of a tree in the park surrounding the museum are activities that help us connect with art, the environment, and ourselves.

Artist Gemma París invites participants to create a communal archive of plant species observed both inside and outside the museum, symbolically bringing them together on a large shared calligraphic sheet. The project is inspired by the idea that the names of species often escape us, as proposed by philosopher Emanuele Coccia in The Life of Plants.
