Description:
Mom, I don't want war is an exhibition of Polish children's drawings from the period of the Second World War and during the German occupation of 1939-45 preserved in the Central Archives of Modern Records in Warsaw and contemporary Ukrainian children's drawings about the war they are currently suffering, compiled by the portal Mom, I see war.

This exhibition juxtaposes images and words grouped by themes: combat, occupation, family, repression, resistance, destruction, victory-hope, highlighting how the experience of war lived by children is similar even though the times and places change.

The educArt space hosts this exhibition organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, the Polish State Archives and the "Mom, I see war" platform while the war in Ukraine continues, in a second gesture of solidarity with the Ukrainian people after exhibiting the Vesna (Spring) project in this same room during 2022.
