Description:

The Mobile Week Barcelona is a week of activities around Barcelona’s 10 districts, where artists, scientists, thinkers, engineers, entrepreneurs and culture professionals get together to approach the challenges, limits and opportunities of the current digital revolution.

Within the programme, the Museu Nacional takes part in the following activities:

Round table “Vida mòbil i nous consums culturals”, with the participation of Conxa Rodà, head of Digital Strategy, Innovation and Transformation of the Museu Nacional. Friday February 24, from 19 to 21 h, at the Civic Centre La Sedeta.

#PLUG an interactive installation by the artists Random Happiness (Gastón Lisak and Nicole Vindel), which you can see at the museum from February 21 to March 5 at the same opening hours of the museum, in the space attached to the Sala Oval. It’s a piece that ponders about the use and dependence on digital devices, and invites the visitor to be a part of it.

The Sants-Montjüic route, during which you’ll visit the piece #PLUG at the Museu Nacional Wednesday February 22, from 16 to 19.30 h. The route starts at the Sala Apolo’s entrance.
