For the sixth consecutive year, the museum participates in the 48h Open House Barcelona architecture festival, which brings knowledge of architecture to the general public by opening the doors of more than 200 buildings in the city for free. The museum offers the possibility to learn more about the building and explore the architecture of the Palau Nacional. Thus, on Saturday, September 21, a team of architects and volunteer collaborators of 48 hours Open House Barcelona will explain the building to all those who come. Visits will be made every half an hour, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Palau Nacional will be visited, from 2 p.m to 5 p.m., the Palau Nacional, the Romanesque art collection and the terrace-viewpoint will be visited.
