On the occasion of the recent remodelling of the exhibition of the Romanesque Art Collection, the best in the world in painting, this autumn we're offering various activities directed at all publics, to help you get to know the collection in depth.

LOOKING AT ROMANESQUE
Wednesday 19 and 26 October, 2, 9, 16 and 23 November. At 7 pm. Romanesque Art Collection rooms.

Various experts on Romanesque art, amongst them the MNAC's own curators, will be giving you detailed explanations of some of the main works in the collection, bringing you their own particular outlook and new points of view.

ROMANESQUE ART, A HERITAGE FOR THE FUTURE

What was the procedure involved in remodelling the collection? Can we speak of the currency of Romanesque art? How can we describe it and publicise it and what is the role of museums in this? These are some of the subjects for debate and reflection at these round tables.

A page has disappeared from an antique medieval manuscript with pictures of lots of animals. The clues you'll find in the paintings in the Collection of Romanesque Art will let you identify it and your detective skills will also help you discover who the thief is.
