Can you imagine what your portrait would have looked like a thousand years ago? In this workshop, we will explore the Romanesque art galleries to discover the art of painting. We will look at faces, how they were drawn, which colours were used and how artists gave them shape and volume. Then, in the workshop, you will experiment with pigments, colours and the three-tone technique to create your own self-portrait in the Romanesque style.
