The exhibition attempts to give a broad view of the creative photography scene in Spain and Italy, from the post-war situation experienced by the two countries (although they suffered two different wars) to the end of the 1960s. Through the contemplation of the images, we will discover the possible affinities or the comparison, both ethical and aesthetic, of creative photography in both countries, immersed in similar sentiments and in an equally similar social, though not political, reality: Italy was a country on the losing side and Spain was split between the victors and the vanquished. With this perspective in mind, the exhibition is presented as a history of images of a period and not as a history of photographers.
