The Treasure of Sant Pere de Rodes. Coins, Commerce and Art in the Early 16th Century. Catalogue-guide which, together with its sister volume Sant Pere de Rodes' Hidden Treasure Trove: Gold and Silver Coins of the Early 16th Century, constitutes a study in depth of the 658 gold and silver coins minted in different European cities between the 15th and the first third of the 16th century which make up the treasure collection of the Sant Pere de Rodes monastery. This study, carried out by the Gabinet Numismàtic de Catalunya, contains articles on the hiding place where the coins were found, the different places the coins came from (Aragon, Barcelona, Castile, Portugal, France, Rodes, etc.), trade among cities during that period, and art in coins. At the end of the book, an exhaustive bibliography and the English translation of the texts.
