In 1934 the Library opens in the Casa de la Junta de Museos in the Poble Espanyol. In 1936 it travels to Olot, along with the artistic and documentary patrimony, and is installed in the Solà-Morales House until 1939, when it returns to the rooms in the Poble Espanyol.

The poster shows us the organization of the different sections of the Library and the composition of the collections at the time: bibliographic section, department of art journals, photographic repertoire, with over 100,000 images, and the Cabinet of Drawings and Prints, with over 60,000 items.
