Use of the spaces of the museum

  • Once a year, the company will be able to make use without renting spaces of the Dome Room and Hall and two of the following spaces: Sala Oval, Terrace, Auditorium or Sala Sert.
  • The dates of use of these spaces will be established by common agreement and the company will cover the costs inherent in the use.

 

Privileged access to the activities of the museum

  • The company will receive a certain number of invitations to the inaugurations of the exhibitions and other relevant events.
  • The museum will provide free of charge access to its collections and exhibitions for the employees of the company with accreditation from the company.
  • Availability of invitations to visit the museum at the request of the company.
  • 12 museum passes, which will allow free access of the titleholders and partner.
  • Access to the "Sala Sert", a private members room.
  • Guided visits (up to 10 depending on the contribution), for the staff of the company or for corporate commitments, to the exhibitions or collections, in groups of up to 25 people, by prior arrangement.
  • 1 guided visit with the museum’s director or the curator of the exhibition, for corporate commitment, in groups of up to 25 people, by prior arrangement.
  • Preferential access to the museum’s activities with limited places.

  • Delivery of catalogues of the exhibitions of the museum (up to 10 per exhibition)

  • Presence of the company’s logo in the exhibition’s catalogue and name of the company in the credits.

    • Name or logo in the communication elements of the exhibition: invitations, flyers, press files, posters, etc.
    • Presence of the company at the museum: screens at the hall and at the entrance of the exhibition’s room.

  • Use of the corporate image of the museum in the actions of communication and diffusion of the company with the prior agreement of the museum (cession of an art piece’s image).
