Since the 2020–21 academic year, the MNAC has been part of the network of organisations and schools involved in the Gresol Cultural Poble-sec project. This initiative has had a significant impact on our relationship with schools in the neighbourhood, with whom we remain in regular contact and continue to develop collaborative projects tailored to their curricula and needs. Our aim is to enrich classroom learning through art, using the most appropriate and adaptable methodologies.

The Gresol Cultural Poble-sec socio-educational project was created to promote collaboration between major cultural institutions, educational centres and community organisations in the Poble-sec neighbourhood. Through long-term projects integrated into the school curriculum, it seeks to strengthen and develop the area’s cultural potential.

In recent years, we have collaborated with several local schools, including Escola M. Jacint Verdaguer, La Muntanyeta, Maristes-Anna Ravell and Institut Consell de Cent. We are committed to building on this established relationship and continuing to strengthen the educational community of which we are also a part.
