Scanning Electron Microscopy - Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDX)

A technique in which a sample is swept with an electron beam to obtain high resolution black and white increases images magnified more than 100,000 times with which to study its morphology in detail. It also analyses the chemical composition of the surface.
