Description:

From 16th to 28th April, the libraries of the Montjuïc Park will offer a common material, Japan and Japanese culture. In each library you will be able to consult the related books which will be selected for you and exhibited in the reading rooms (consult the opening times and access conditions on the website of each library).

While you discover our libraries, you will be able to stroll through the park, cross the gardens of Laribal, the gardens of the Teatre Grec or any of the secret corners of Montjuïc.

If you are interested in these topics, you can read the article in the blog by Yolanda Ruiz, "Japonism and its presence in the museum library" and visit the new presentation in the graphic art room of #Renaissance and Baroque, where some of the Japanese prints from the museum collection are exhibited.

In our library, you will be able to consult and take the book from  this list (pdf).
