Description:

International study symposium of the relationship between the mural painting and the illuminated medieval manuscripts, from the collections of Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya.

This symposium, organized by the Universitat de Lleida and the Museu Nacional with the collaboration of the Editorial Orbis Mediaevalis, will be a single day structured around six lectures, grouped in two sessions. At the end of each session and after the two preliminary conferences, we will have a debate where participants will have the opportunity to exchange their views.

Researchers who are committed to leading research will offer the latest contributions in this specific area of Art History to graduate students, PhD students, university professors and the general public.
